Police seeking this man after 'racially-aggravated' altercation over smashed phone in Staple Hill
POLICE investigating a racially aggravated public order offence in Staple Hill want to trace this man.
Officers say a woman left her phone in a convenience store in Staple Hill Road at about 9.40pm on Monday.
When she returned to the shop police say the phone was recovered but had been smashed.
An Avon and Somerset police spokesperson said: "She told officers a verbal altercation ensued with a male, who made racially-aggravated comments towards her.
"Our investigation has led us to an image of a man that we wish to speak to in connection with our ongoing enquiries."
