Robbers target Frenchay petrol station

POLICE are trying to trace two men who robbed a petrol station in Frenchay.

They threatened staff at the petrol station in Frenchay Park Road before making off with what police described as "a quantity of cash".

The Avon and Somerset force today appealed for information about the robbery, which happened at around 2.45am on February 17.

Police issued a CCTV image of one of the robbers (below), although his face is completely covered.

He is described as slim and was wearing an olive green beanie hat, blue bandana and black hooded top covering his head.

He was also wearing a black gilet, grey mittens, black jogging bottoms with an Avengers design and a pair of white Nike N95 trainers.

The other man was of large build, wearing a black Adidas hooded jumper with grey stripes on the arms, black Adidas tracksuit bottoms with white stripes and black Nike N95 trainers.
